Conditions of lease

  1. Self Catering: All our units are self-catering and no daily cleaning service will be available. Please bring your own toiletries, towels and cleaning materials.
  2. Availability: Units let are subject to availability on the day of arrival. Should the unit not be available, the agency reserves the right to accommodate you in a similar unit or refund all money paid. C & Sand cannot be held liable for damages caused by any act beyond our control.
  3. Overloading of units: The units are designed for a specific number of people. If it is reported that there are more people in the unit you will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
  4. Furniture: Furniture and utensils may not be removed from the unit.
  5. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation once the unit is booked, and the deposit paid, the deposit will only be refunded on the following conditions. When the unit has been rebooked the deposit will be paid back less the following deductions: Admin fee and 10% booking fee. In the event of partial rebooking of the unit, the deposit will apply to the un booked time and the balance paid back less the admin and a 10% booking fee. In the event of a reservation being cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, the tenant shall deem to be liable, unless an alternate tenant is obtained for the full period reserved or the part that is not occupied. Pets: There are no pets allowed in the units.
  6. On Departure: Please wash all crockery and cutlery. Leave all food stuff in fridge and don’t switch it off. Please lock all doors and windows and switch off all lights.. Drop keys off at the Sasol Garage.
  7. Keys: Keys will only be available if accommodation is paid in full.
  8. Rights of Admission Reserved.
  9. Payment of Deposit: Payment of deposit must be done on or before expiry date to confirm booking and is construed to be acceptance of these conditions, which shall be binding on all tenants .The balance of the booking must be paid 7 ( seven ) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is not paid in full, no keys will be left for collection.
  10. DSTV: Please note that DSTV is not a standard in the units. Bring your own decoder, smartcard, remote and cables. If DSTV is available then guests must arrange this prior to arrival. Please note that most complexes only allow for single view decoders.
